Aurora Bahia - Residence & Spa
The Aurora Bahia Residence & Spa resort located in the coast line in the middle east of Brazil, and covers just over 18 hectares of land directly on the Beach. This resort is fully approved for a maximum construction area of 36,000m² to build a luxury private resort with spa, health farm, medical centre and security all year around. The 1st phase will be to develop a 7 Star luxury private Apartment Hotel Residence with approximately 14,000m² construction.
The concept behind the Aurora Resorts is that individual can buy a 2nd home which is linked with 7 star luxury hotel services and facilities. These services will be provided by the luxury boutique Hotel operator.
This is a concept that is unique to the entire region of Brazil. The resorts will be sold as Private Residence Clubs, (PRC´s) which will include owning your own property (fractional ownership) with all the facilities Aurora Resorts offers. Santa Cruz de Cabrália, is 40km from the international airport “Porto Seguro”.

History shows the great importance of this city for our country because it was the Crown´s Red Beach where the ships landed Pedro Alvares Cabral in 1500 and where he celebrated Mass on the 1st Brazil in April 26, 1500. Santa Cruz de Cabrália has virtually deserted beaches, rivers, ideal for water sports and tours, villages and bucolic aspect.
This city has developed rapidly and today is considered a major tourist centre, with modern infrastructure. The city lies between the Rio João de Tiba and a natural breakwater, located in the Bay of Cabrália. In this area there was, initially, the town of Santa Cruz, founded by the grantee Tourinho Pero do Campo, Aimorés destroyed by Indians in 1564. The site corresponds to the current area of Pataxó Tribe Indian Reservation, with headquarters in Red Crown, and is one of the most significant icons of the Discovery Coast.
